BEREA MOTOR GROUP TERMS OF SERVICE

READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY BEFORE BROWSING THE BEREA MOTOR GROUP WEBSITE. YOUR CONTINUED USE OF THE BEREA MOTOR GROUP WEBSITE INDICATES THAT YOU HAVE BOTH READ AND ACCEPT THESE TERMS. YOU CANNOT USE THE BEREA MOTOR GROUP WEBSITE IF YOU DO NOT ACCEPT THESE TERMS. ALL SECTIONS OF THESE TERMS ARE APPLICABLE TO ALL USERS UNLESS THE SECTION EXPRESSLY STATES OTHERWISE.

1. INTRODUCTION
   1. The Berea Motor Group website, www.bereamotorgoup.co.za, is made available, and owned by, Coewet BK t/a Berea Motors (bearing registration number 1999/024167/23) (hereinafter referred to as “Berea Motor Group”, “Website”, “we”, “our”, “us” or “its”). Any reference to “Berea Motor Group “, “we”, “our”, “us” or “its” shall include our employees, officers, directors, representatives, agents, shareholders, affiliates, subsidiaries, holding companies, related entities, advisers, sub- contractors, service providers and suppliers.
   2. These Terms, including any document incorporated by reference herein, including, but not limited to the Privacy Policy (collectively, the “Terms”) apply to any Users who use the Services by accessing, referring to, viewing and/or uploading or downloading any information or material made available on the Website for whatever purpose, and which Users shall carry the definition as set out in clause 2.1.6 below and governs the Users’ relationship with Berea Motor Group.
   3. Accessing and/or use of the Website after the Effective Date will signify that the User has read, understands, accepts, and agrees to be bound, and are bound, by the Terms in such User’s individual capacity and/or for and on behalf of any entity for whom the User utilises the Website. Further, the User represents and warrants that the User has the authority to do so and that in the case of a User being a natural person, the User is a Competent Person (as defined in the Protection of Personal Information Act, 4 of 2013, as amended).
   4. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may modify the Terms with prospective effect without prior notice to Users, and any revisions to the Terms shall be noted within such Terms and will take effect when posted on the Website, unless a later date is otherwise stated in the revised Terms. A User’s continued use of the Website and/or the Services will be construed as a User’s consent to the amended or updated Terms, and will be conditional upon the Terms in force at the time of use. A User’s only remedy, should such User not agree to these Terms, is to stop the use of the Website.
